The purpose of this committee is to increase membership of the organization through peer-to-peer recruitment and through other membership incentives. The Membership Committee works in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant in helping with the registration process at monthly meetings. Committee members are there to welcome members and assist in any way needed at check-in. 

The Membership Committee Chairperson is responsible for attending monthly board meetings, answering phone calls and e-mails concerning membership, sending applications and chapter information to prospects, mailing “Welcome Letters” to new members, introducing new members when they attend a monthly meeting, holding meetings with the committee when necessary, and performing any other such duties that may arise pertaining to membership.
