If you would prefer to mail a check for membership, please go to the forms page, double click on membership application, print the form off, complete the form, include a check and mail to the following address:

• After your registration form and payment are received, Lara will register you with the site, and you will receive an email with your User ID and Password.  Please keep this information for your records.  Your User ID and Password will allow you to access the member only information.
